Weissach Specialty Performance
Private finance tooling for internal cash planning, hiring analysis, and QuickBooks-connected operational reporting.
Last updated April 3, 2026
This policy applies to the Weissach CFO Dashboard and related internal finance systems operated by Weissach Specialty Performance. The dashboard is used to review cash balances, hiring scenarios, payroll sufficiency, current accounts receivable snapshots, recurring operating expenses, and forward-looking client forecasts.
We may process company information such as cash account balances, invoice and accounts receivable details, vendor expenses, reimbursement records, payroll summaries, forecast assumptions, and hiring-planning inputs. We may also process technical information needed to maintain the integration, including application logs, authentication metadata, and encrypted QuickBooks tokens.
We use this information to operate the dashboard, sync accounting data from QuickBooks, calculate finance metrics, support scenario planning, generate executive answers, troubleshoot connection issues, and maintain system integrity. We do not use customer accounting data for advertising, and we do not sell that data to third parties.
Information may be shared only with service providers required to host or secure the application, or when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a valid legal process.
We aim to keep only the information reasonably necessary to operate the service, support customers, maintain auditability, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect finance data. This includes access controls, encrypted credential storage, and limiting access to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information to support the system.
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the dashboard, support bookkeeping and planning workflows, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete or de-identify it where practical.
Authorized users may request updates or deletion of manually entered information, subject to legal, contractual, tax, accounting, and security requirements. QuickBooks connections may be revoked at any time through the application or through Intuit.
