The Weissach CFO Dashboard is intended for authorized business users who need to review accounting data, operating assumptions, cash forecasts, and scenario-based finance analyses. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not interfere with system security or availability.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify Weissach Specialty Performance of any suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or other security incident affecting the service.
The dashboard is a decision-support tool. Forecasts, runway views, payroll sufficiency checks, and hiring analyses depend on source-system data and user assumptions, and should be reviewed before acting on material business decisions.
The service may rely on third-party platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, hosting providers, and security or infrastructure vendors. Availability or data quality may be affected by those third parties.
You retain ownership of your business data. By using the service, you grant Weissach Specialty Performance the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that data in order to operate the service and support your requested workflows.
The software, visual design, documentation, workflows, and underlying logic of the Weissach CFO Dashboard remain the property of Weissach Specialty Performance or its licensors, except for third-party materials owned by their respective providers.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weissach Specialty Performance disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every accounting or operational use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weissach Specialty Performance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the use of the service.
Weissach Specialty Performance may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a posted update means you accept the revised terms.
